We reserve the right to update this policy at any time, with any changes becoming effective immediately upon being posted on our website.

We provide detailed and accurate descriptions of our video game trailers and entertainment services. However, we do not guarantee that all information is free from errors or fully up to date.

Pricing

Prices may change without notice and are valid for 7 days for quotes. For balloon orders, cancellation or refund is allowed 48 hours before delivery or pickup time. No changes or cancellations are allowed for same-day deliveries. Amusement Mobile MA is not responsible for deliveries made to an incorrect address.

Availability

The availability of our trailers and services may vary. We recommend booking in advance (approx. 3 months) to ensure the availability of our equipment.

Bookings and Payment

Booking Acceptance

A reservation is confirmed only when you receive an email confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel a reservation for reasons such as availability or suspected fraud.

Payment Methods

A non-refundable deposit of 40% is required at the time of booking to confirm the event date and time. This amount is fixed for base packages and will be adjusted for any additional services or add-ons. Full payment must be received no later than before the event to guarantee the service.

Billing Information

You agree to provide accurate billing information. Any errors may result in a delay or cancellation of the booking.

Additionally, we will charge for any damage caused to our equipment due to misuse by the client. The client is responsible for selecting the location where our trailer will be installed, and any damages caused by this selection will be the responsibility of the client. If the slope of the location is too steep or the ground is unstable, positioning may be impossible, which could result in additional fees. Any time lost due to poor organization may also incur additional charges.

Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation Policy

The 40% deposit paid at the time of booking is non-refundable. Any cancellation made less than 7 days before the event will result in a charge of 100% of the total amount. In case of cancellation by us, a full refund will be issued. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days.
