At Amusement Mobile MA, we are committed to providing timely and reliable delivery of our mobile entertainment services. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for delivering our trailers and services. By booking with us, you agree to these terms.

Service Areas

We primarily serve regions within Quebec and Ontario. Travel fees may apply based on the distance to the event location.

Delivery Times

We aim to deliver and set up our trailers at least 30 minutes before the start of your event, barring unforeseen circumstances. The exact delivery time will be confirmed during the planning process.

Delivery and Setup Options

We offer the following options:

• Standard Delivery: Delivery and setup on the event day, at least 30 minutes before the start time.
• Early Delivery: Delivery and setup prior to the event day (additional fees may apply).

Delivery Fees

Delivery fees are calculated based on the distance between our warehouse and the event location. These fees will be provided at the time of booking.

Coordination and Tracking

You will receive a confirmation email or call the day before the event to finalize delivery details. Our team will remain in contact for any updates or adjustments.

Delivery Issues

If you encounter any issues with delivery or setup, please contact us immediately. We are committed to resolving any issues promptly:

• Delays or Unforeseen Issues: We will notify you immediately of any delays and work on alternative solutions.
• Site Access: Ensure the event location is accessible for our trailer (approx. 12 x 80 ft required). Additional fees may apply if access is restricted.
